Context & Objectives
The Value App project was initiated to support the Quality & Product (QP) and User Experience (UX) departments of major automotive manufacturers. The goal: create a robust digital platform for evaluating vehicle products throughout their development lifecycle, ensuring consistency, depth of analysis, and global team alignment.
Web & Mobile Platform Development
We designed and developed a cross-platform solution available on web and mobile (iOS, Android), as well as compatible with desktop environments (Mac & PC). The app was engineered to work both online and offline, with a smart synchronization system ensuring smooth transitions and data consistency across devices.
Customizable Assessment Templates
At the core of the platform is the ability to create custom assessment templates, allowing teams to define tailored evaluation criteria based on the product, phase, or internal process. Each template includes structured specifications and scoring parameters adaptable to the needs of different automotive teams and service lines.
Scoring System & Multimedia Integration
The assessment engine supports thousands of criteria, each of which can be scored individually. Users can attach photos, videos, and multilingual comments to each criterion, building a rich and contextualized dataset for every evaluation. The system was designed for collaborative use, ensuring input is unified across teams and regions.
Centralized Database of Qualified Vehicles
All assessments feed into a centralized and qualified vehicle database, enabling continuous knowledge capitalization across the organization. This structured repository helps teams reference, compare, and track the performance and evolution of different models and prototypes
